Qualifications

• Previous retail or equivalent high-volume experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Interest in fashion and brand styling helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer first mindset.
• Understand sales objectives and strive to meet or exceed KPIs and use tools to drive performance.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans by collaborating with the team.
• Engage customers and connect through the Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educate customers on available programs, initiatives and offerings.
• Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintaining store standards.
• Maintain store visuals, policies and processes; handle opening/closing duties.
