Job summary

The American Girl Nashville retail store is hiring a Server to deliver food and beverages and provide an outstanding dining and party experience to Bistro guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.

The role offers a base pay of $12 per hour plus tips, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Prior experience and ServSafe knowledge are preferred, and the position requires physical stamina

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of runner, busser, or server experience in a high volume, fine-casual dining or related restaurant.
• Experience working with children, preferred.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Bus and set tables.
• Assist with table service, including delivering beverages and food.
• Stock work stations.
• Deliver excellent customer service; graciously handle customer issues and the timely execution of requests.
• Perform diverse physical tasks as assigned
