Qualifications

• Experience with group billing processes (List Bill and Self-billing)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation)
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Premium Collection: produces List Bill invoices monthly and addresses payment discrepancies
• Billing Accuracy & Discrepancy Resolution: analyzes error reports and corrects discrepancies
• Reconciliation & Cash Allocation: performs group reconciliations and directs remittance allocation
• Customer & Partner Communication: serves as billing expert with internal/external partners
• Customer Education & Onboarding: guides customers through billing/remittance processes during implementation
