Job summary

Gun Lake Casino Resort is seeking a Beverage Server to deliver exceptional guest service and accuracy in cash handling. The role emphasizes the seven steps of service, knowledge of cocktails and garnishes, and maintaining a clean service area.

Training for responsible alcohol service is provided, along with background checks and licensing as required. The server will work in a high-volume environment, participate in ongoing training, and support team members while ensuring guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of prior experience preferred.
• Must have cash-handling experience.
• Must be able to follow proper transaction and settlement guidelines.
• Must hold/maintain Alcohol Awareness (TIPS) certification.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provide AAA 4-Diamond level service while serving guests and the service team.
• Follow the 7 Steps of Service and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Handle cash and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Know cocktails, wines, beers, glassware, pricing and garnishes.
• Maintain safe, responsible alcohol service and compliance with policies.
