Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY is hiring a seasonal Premium Beverage Room Supervisor to oversee beverage operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage inventory and costs, help train suite staff, and ensure health and safety standards are met; previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience is required. Shift availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality and high-volume dining experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine.
• Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss.
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and estimates of beverage costs.
• Assist with training and development of suite team members.
• Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Properly receive and store all beverage deliveries.
