Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ retail experience (or equivalent) with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining responsibility for the overall performance of the store.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist the Store Manager in merchandising and implementing company programs.
• Solve problems within the sales team and escalate to Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
