Compass Group USA is hiring to support Levy venues across the country. The role focuses on preparing and serving beverages in the bar area, maintaining stock and clean preparation spaces, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations,
• Maintains stock, garnishes, juices and perishables to ensure quality
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, timely manner
• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits, and associated supplies
• Checks guests' IDs and ensures responsible service of alcohol
• Locks up and secures cash and bar area; performs general cleaning tasks to health standards
• Arranges bottles and glassware to maintain an attractive display
