Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Bartender for clubs and suites. You will prepare and serve beverages in a fast-paced bar setting, ensuring friendly guest interactions and timely service. The role requires upholding liquor laws, managing bar stock, and handling cash with accuracy.

Training on responsible service will be provided. You'll work as part of Levy's on-site team, supporting venues with high standards of hospitality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage service and bar operations.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and state regulations.
• Able to manage beverage stock and supplier replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Adheres to liquor regulations for minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and condiments.
• Maintains freshness of garnishes, fruits, juices and perishables.
• Greets guests and processes drink orders using standard recipes.
• Verifies guest identifications and handles cash transactions accurately.
• Keeps the bar area clean and organized and secures cash drops.
