Job summary

Compass Group USA, Levy division, is hiring a bartender to prepare and serve beverages in a bar setting at entertainment and venue locations. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure compliance with liquor laws while maintaining an attractive bar display.

Qualifications

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Maintains clean and stocked bar areas, sets up bars and stocks supplies.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area.
• Checks IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintains stock of beer, wine, spirits, garnishes and condiments.
• Receives cash, processes payments, and balances cash drawer.
