Qualifications

• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Stock bars, garnishes, and produce to ensure quality.
• Greet guests and process drink orders with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Maintains stock, prepares garnishes and maintains product quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes orders for drinks; mixes and presents drinks.
• Checks guests at the bar for proper identification.
• Receives cash, processes charges, and ensures vouchers.
• Keeps area clean and organized; secures cash drops.
• Arranges bottles and glasses for attractive display.
