Job summary

Levy Restaurants at the Enterprise Center is seeking a Premium Bartender who delivers friendly service, crafts cocktails, greets guests, answers questions, and guides menu choices.

You will manage stock, maintain a clean bar, process orders with the POS and credit card machine, verify legal drinking age, and support event operations. The role requires physical stamina and excellent guest communication throughout long service periods.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent communication with guests.
• Experience serving cocktails and handling cash/credit transactions.
• Ability to verify legal drinking age and check IDs.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
• Requisition stock and keep bar area clean.
• Fill orders quickly using POS and credit card machine.
• Ensure only guests of legal age are served and check IDs.
• Document sanitation and incident logs as required.
• Report earned tips and complete stand-related paperwork.
