Job summary

Hideaway Golf Club is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Banquet Busser to support the Banquet and Events Team during club functions, weddings, tournaments, and private events. You will assist with setup, service, and post-event breakdown while maintaining the club’s refined standards.

The role emphasizes urgency, teamwork, and adaptability within a premier private club environment, with eligibility to work in the United States and Riverside County Food Handler requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in banquet, catering, hospitality, or related events preferred.
• Current Riverside County Food Handler Card.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours+).
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read BEOs, event diagrams, and service instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and hospitality to Members and Guests.
• Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, linens, and service stations.
• Set and reset tables according to event specifications and club standards.
• Support food and beverage service during events and maintain clean service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Assist in post-event breakdown and room resets for subsequent events.
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong teamwork during high-volume events.
