Job summary

Yucaipa Valley Golf seeks a Banquet Server and Bartender to deliver exceptional service at events, coordinating with staff to create memorable guest experiences. You will mix drinks, serve courses, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Applicants should have beverage knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. This role is on-site at our facilities in California, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• RBS certification required within 60 days of hire and exam within 30 days of training.
• San Bernardino County food handler card due within 14 days of hire.
• Bartenders must be 21+; servers 18+ for serving in dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and bar areas per event specs.
• Greet guests and provide attentive service during events.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages per recipes and laws.
• Monitor guest needs and respond to requests quickly.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas before/during/after events.
• Adhere to health, safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless event execution.
