• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth service.
• Read, understand, and anticipate the details of the Banquet Event Order for each event, always looking for the next action item.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas following events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.
