Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or similar roles in Automotive/Retail/Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Education: HS Diploma or GED.
• Driver license required: California.
• California Sales License required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives and targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans with management.
• Greet clients and guide them through the showroom.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Coordinate with F&I and service departments.
