Palmen-Auto-Stores is seeking a Parts Counter Advisor to join our Parts Department. The role supports sales, pricing, and inventory, helping customers and the service department locate required parts, including challenging items in today’s market.

Pricing, billing, and inventory control are key responsibilities. Experience in auto parts sales is preferred; strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret the parts catalog and pricing information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Converse effectively with customers and service staff about parts status.
• Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up specific parts.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and relay information to customers.
• Verify parts with body shop estimates and ensure pricing aligns with estimates.
