Job summary

Wholesure Inc., a division of Acrisure, seeks an experienced Premium Auditor to support the Workers' Compensation delegated authority team. This role involves collecting and reviewing premium audit data to finalize mail audits.

The auditor will communicate with policyholders via phone and email to gather necessary audit documentation. Responsibilities involve reviewing financial statements, payroll reports, non-employee labor documents, and verification records to accurately assess policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Premium Audit experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Audits on Workers' Compensation and General Liability policies under limited supervision.
• Validates correct classes per regulatory agencies and PAAS by reviewing financial records.
• Identifies, researches, and corrects policy-rating issues.
• Resolves audit discrepancies and disputes.
• Performs other value-add services, including new business service calls and check-ins with account personnel.
• Reviews audit results with producers, underwriters, insureds, and Premium Audit leadership.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers throughout the life cycle of the premium audit function.
• Keeps current with manual rules, market trends, and demands.
