Job summary

Wholesure Inc., a division of Acrisure, seeks an experienced Premium Auditor to support the Workers' Compensation delegated authority team. You will collect and review premium audit data, finalize mail audits, and contact policyholders by phone and email to gather documentation.

Responsibilities include examining financial statements, payroll reports, non-employee labor documents, and verification records to accurately assess policy exposures and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Premium Audit experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficient knowledge in audits on Workers' Compensation and General Liability policies.
• Examines records to ensure earned premium calculations are accurate.
• Validates correct classes per regulations by reviewing financials and materials.
• Identifies and corrects policy-rating issues discovered during audits.
• Resolves audit discrepancies and disputes.
• Performs additional services including new business calls and check-ins with account personnel.
• Reviews audit results with producers, underwriters, insureds, and Premium Audit leadership.
• Provides excellent customer service throughout the premium audit lifecycle.
