Job summary

Wholesure Inc., a division of Acrisure, is seeking an experienced Premium Auditor to support the Workers' Compensation delegated authority team. This role involves collecting and reviewing premium audit data to finalize mail audits.

The auditor will communicate with policyholders via phone and email to gather necessary audit documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, payroll reports, non-employee labor documents, and verification records to accurately assess policy

Effective written and verbal communication for detailed analysis and presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills with business, financial, and operational acumen.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Performs audits on Workers' Compensation and General Liability policies under supervision.
Ensures correct class codes and calculations align with regulatory requirements.
Identifies and resolves policy-rating issues found during audits.
Resolves audit discrepancies and communicates findings with stakeholders.
Performs additional duties such as new business service calls and check-ins with account personnel.
Reviews audit results with producers, underwriters, insureds, and leadership.
Delivers excellent customer service throughout the audit life cycle.
Keeps current with manual rules and market trends.
