Job summary

Wholesure Inc., a division of Acrisure, seeks an experienced Premium Auditor to support the Workers' Compensation delegated authority team. You will collect and review premium audit data, communicate with policyholders by phone and email, and ensure timely reporting.

You will review financial statements, payroll reports, non-employee labor documents, and verification records to assess policy exposures, working with internal teams to finalize audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of Premium Audit experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Audits on Workers’ Compensation and General Liability policies under supervision; verify earned premium calculations.
• Validate correct class codes per regulatory guidance and PAAS standards.
• Identify, research, and correct policy-rating issues.
• Resolve audit discrepancies and disputes.
• Coordinate with producers, underwriters, insureds, and leadership.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the audit life cycle.
• Stay current with manual rules and market trends.
