Job summary

Acrisure’s Wholesure Inc. division is seeking an experienced Premium Auditor to support the Workers’ Compensation delegated authority team. The auditor collects and reviews premium audit data, contacting policyholders by phone and email to gather necessary documentation for mail audits.

The role evaluates financial statements, payroll reports, non-employee labor records, and verification data to determine policy exposures and ensure timely reporting. On-site collaboration preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Premium Audit experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Audit Workers' Compensation and General Liability records under limited supervision to verify earned premium.
• Validate correct classes per regulatory guidance by reviewing financial records.
• Identify and correct policy-rating issues discovered during audits.
• Resolve audit discrepancies and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with producers, underwriters, insureds, and Premium Audit leadership.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the audit life cycle.
