You will be the primary contact for customers, agents, and brokers through the audit process, delivering a positive experience while explaining how premiums are determined. This role emphasizes developing audit skills, strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management, within a structured environment that supports long-term career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or insurance preferred.
• Strong customer service experience, ideally in call center or insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and resolve policy rating and classification issues during audits.
• Validate classifications in line with regulatory and company procedures.
• Discuss audit results with agents, underwriters, insureds, and leadership.
• Provide responsive customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Explain audit processes and outcomes clearly to customers.
• Stay current on audit manuals, rules, and regulatory updates.
• Support audit-related and customer service tasks as needed.
