Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a Premium Audit Associate to be a key contact for customers, agents, and brokers throughout the audit process. You will explain audit results and help customers understand how their premium was determined, while building strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role is on-site four days a week at our Dallas, TX office with Fridays work-from-home, offering structured learning, hands-on training, and opportunity for career growth within Premium

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing environments is desirable.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit Review & Issue Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve policy rating and classification issues discovered during the audit process.
• Classification & Compliance Validation: Validate proper classifications per regulatory agencies and company procedures.
• Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Discuss audit results with agents, underwriters, insureds, and leadership.
• Multi‑Channel Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat related to premium audits.
• Professional Communication: Explain audit processes and outcomes to customers clearly.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on audit manuals, rules, and regulatory changes.
• Operational Support: Perform additional audit-related duties as needed.
