Reliable Premium Management (RPM) is seeking a Premium Review Specialist in Waite Park, MN to ensure smooth workers' compensation audits, from document gathering through final review. You will communicate outcomes clearly to clients, agents, and carriers, and you will help RPM deliver accurate, audit-forward invoices daily.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a detail-oriented, documentation-heavy role such as bookkeeping, accounting, insurance operations, payroll administration or similar.
• Experience with audits (workers' compensation or financial audits) is a plus.
• Comfort with payroll providers and payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Access and compile payroll reports and tax documentation from payroll providers to support audits, completing requests accurately and on time.
• Manage the full audit support lifecycle — from documentation support through final review — tracking progress through defined stages.
• Review completed audits for accuracy, identifying discrepancies and determining the cause of premium variances.
• Communicate audit outcomes to clients, brokers, agencies, and carriers using clear, de-escalation-oriented language.
