Responsibilities

• Premium Review Services execution: gather payroll and tax docs, support audits, on-time requests.
• Client & Carrier communication: explain audit outcomes, de-escalate when needed, follow SOPs.
• Invoicing & Premium processing: process invoices, review payroll data, generate accurate statements.
