Job summary

Reliable Premium Management (RPM) is seeking an Account Services Specialist in Waite Park, MN. This role focuses on accurate processing of premium billing, payroll data, and invoices while serving as a responsive point of contact for customers by phone and email.

You will balance structured Playbooks with good judgment to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. The position is full-time, in-office/hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote after 90 days).

Qualifications

• Experience in a data-entry heavy or customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; training provided for Dex.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and providers.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow Playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data, premium billing data, and invoices accurately.
• Handle customer calls and emails, providing timely updates.
• Follow Playbooks and SOPs, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate across RPM teams to maintain data integrity.
• Own end-to-end customer relationship in this role.
