Job summary

Argo Premium Audit Manager will oversee the newly centralized Premium Audit function, owning end-to-end audits, managing external vendors, and resolving escalated issues from insureds, brokers, and internal teams.

The role aims to free underwriting capacity, maximize audit revenue, minimize costs, and ensure timely processing of audits and endorsements while maintaining compliance with industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Premium Audit experience.
• Experience managing third party premium audit vendors.
• Deep knowledge of insurance premium audit best practices across multiple lines.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build out and centralize the premium audit function.
• Oversee end-to-end premium audit process and vendor performance.
• Review and update audit selection rules per guidelines.
• Ensure timely audit results, billing, and invoicing.
• Provide regular metrics and status updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate audit results clearly to customers and partners.
• Manage audit disputes with business units as needed.
• Stay compliant with state and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Marketing on collections.
