Job summary

Argo is seeking a Premium Audit Manager to lead the newly centralized premium audit function in the United States. You will own end-to-end audit activities, supervise external vendors, and drive efficiency while ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Premium Audit experience.
• Experience managing third party Premium Audit vendors.
• Deep knowledge of insurance premium audit best practices across multiple lines.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration.
• Ability to work with little supervision and meet regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Build out the centralized premium audit function.
• Oversee end-to-end audit process and vendor performance.
• Review and update audit selection rules per guidelines.
• Monitor vendors for service levels and cost efficiency.
• Define metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Communicate audit results to customers and partners professionally.
• Resolve audit disputes with relevant teams.
• Ensure timely production, booking and invoicing of audits and endorsements.
• Coordinate with AR and Marketing for premium collection.
• Identify trends and training opportunities from audit data.
• Stay updated on ISO/PAAS and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with state and underwriting guidelines.
• Provide input on expanding premium audit coverage.
