Job summary

Safety National in Missouri is seeking an Account Services Assistant (Premium Audit Assistant) to support audits and coordinate workflow between Claims, Underwriting, and brokers. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and strong customer service in a hybrid work environment.

You will organize audit orders, track progress, maintain documentation, and liaise with brokers, audit vendors, underwriting, and partners.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the St. Louis Corporate Office at 1832 Schuetz Rd., Saint Louis, MO.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with sound problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the lifecycle of audits by ordering audits, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely communication with brokers, third-party audit vendors, underwriting, and internal partners.
• Organize multiple priorities while following established procedures and service standards to support premium audit operations.
