Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with numbers, financial information, and detailed records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new systems, regulations, and business processes.
• Expected to work in one of the company's offices 3 days per week.
• Must be available for travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Workers' Compensation premium audits from the Wilkes-Barre office.
• Communicate directly with business owners and policyholders throughout the audit process.
• Review payroll records, tax documents, financial records, and other business documents.
• Analyze information to determine accurate insurance premiums.
• Research business operations and classifications to ensure compliance with industry guidelines.
• Complete audit workpapers using Excel and internal systems.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve audit questions and support business objectives.
