Job summary

Arrowhead Programs is seeking an Auditor to review Workers’ Compensation premium audits for accuracy and alignment with policy and underwriting records. You will evaluate classifications, payroll, ownership, endorsements, and entity relationships, and work with underwriters, brokers, and auditors to support correct premium outcomes.

The role emphasizes analytical review, dispute handling, and collaboration in a hybrid/remote environment, with a pay range of $22.00-$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of insurance experience, preferably in Workers’ Compensation premium audit, underwriting, or compliance.
• Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to explain audit findings.

Responsibilities

• Review completed premium audits for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate policy corrections and endorsements resulting from audit findings.
• Respond to audit inquiries from brokers, insureds, auditors, and carriers.
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings, corrections, and supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, carriers, auditors, and underwriting teams.
