Tri-Supply in Austin, Texas is expanding its appliance showroom and seeks an in-store appliance sales specialist to assist with growing leads and close sales. You will guide customers through products, explain features, and help them find the best fit for their project.

We offer a strong commission structure, base pay negotiable by experience, and a broad selection from 30k sq ft showroom. Local, family-oriented company values teamwork, growth, and outstanding customer service.

Qualificações

• Located in the Austin, TX area or willing to relocate.
• Experience in Premium Appliance sales required.
• Attend product knowledge training.
• Continuous learning with exposure to 30+ brands and industry trends.
• Willingness to learn other product categories (doors, hardware, lighting, etc.).
• 2–3 years in retail appliance sales preferred.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in-store customers with appliance replacements and kitchen projects.
• Guide customers to purchase and explain feature benefits.
• Overcome objections and secure the sale when appropriate.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads to sales.
• Assist in new home builder selections.
• Provide quick problem-solving to drive sales and service.
