Steel City Brand in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Ross Park Mall location. This hands-on leadership role focuses on accountability, team stability, and delivering consistent results.

You will own store performance, guide hiring, coach associates, and ensure brand standards and visual merchandising. Open availability for Mon-Fri daytime hours is preferred to support store operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel.
• Proven track record of improving store performance.
• Strong hiring history and team-building abilities.
• Highly organized, KPI-driven with results focus.
• Confident communicator who leads with clarity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance for the specific store.
• Set and manage monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion, AOV and growth.
• Lead weekly huddles and coach store associates.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Address performance issues promptly and foster accountability.
• Communicate product arrivals and selling points to the team.
