Steel City Brand is seeking a Sr. Retail Store Manager to lead its four-store retail channel, directly manage and develop store leadership, own channel-level sales and KPI performance, labor planning, visual standards, and retail strategy, with Ross Park as the home store.

This hands-on role emphasizes accountability and consistent results. The position requires 4+ years of retail apparel leadership, a proven track record in improving store performance, and a strong capability in hiring and KPI

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Retail Store Manager to lead Steel City's four-store retail channel, directly manage and develop store leadership, own channel-level sales and KPI performance, labor planning, visual standards, and retail strategy, with Ross Park as the home store. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on accountability, team stability, and consistent results.

Performance:

• Own sales performance for multi‑site retail channel, with primary responsibility for Steel City's Ross Park location
• Set and manage monthly and quarterly sales targets across locations
• Monitor KPIs including conversion, AOV and growth
• Implement weekly huddles with store associates and lead communication with other store managers

Operations:

• Set and maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation across multiple stores
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across multiple stores
• Clearly communicate with team when new product is arriving and related selling points

Leadership:

• Coach and develop store managers and associates
• Address performance issues directly and promptly
• Foster a culture of accountability and ownership
• Maintain strong communication
