Job summary

Ellis Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Fresno/Clovis, CA. The role covers apartment turns, painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, and general site upkeep at their communities.

The position requires 3+ years in apartment maintenance, a high school diploma, and HVAC knowledge is a plus. On-call responsibilities may apply; drivers license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• Apartment / Multi-Family Housing Maintenance or Equivalent Experience : 3+ years preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• HVAC certification not required but would be a plus!

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests inside occupied apartments promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents and tours.
• Paint, plumbing, and minor electrical tasks as assigned.
• Knowledge of HVAC and appliance repair appreciated but not required.
• Sprinkler/timeclock repair and adjustment and landscaping maintenance.
• Pool/spa maintenance and cleaning of common areas.
