GSF Properties Inc. in Fresno, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician III with 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience. The role focuses on advanced repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems, while ensuring top-quality unit readiness and resident satisfaction.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotation. Candidates must diagnose issues, supervise turns, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
Strong experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues independently.
Experience completing apartment turns and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced maintenance and repair work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and building systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex maintenance issues independently.
Complete service requests and work orders accurately and efficiently.
Oversee apartment turns and ensure units meet quality standards.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in the on-call rotation.
