Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and maintenance and repair work in areas including appliances, carpentry, hardware, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs per company procedures and standards.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments to ensure market readiness and meet quality standards.
• Maintain community grounds and curb appeal and trash management.
• Be available for on-call activity during off hours and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items.
• Report violations of lease and house rules.
• Timely completion of maintenance requests and work orders; address tenant needs.
