Job summary

LaserAway in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own consultations from hello to loyalty. Base pay is $20/hour with uncapped commissions, offering an average first year earnings range of $70,000–$95,000 and full training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.
• No medical background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their full aesthetic journey and financing options.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to ensure a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Maintain and leverage the CRM to manage a steady pipeline of leads.
