Northeast Security, Inc. is hiring a Foot & Mobile Patrol Security Officer for a Waltham, MA location. This part-time weekend position covers Saturday and Sunday 3:00pm–11:00pm, with a $28/hour pay rate.

A valid driver’s license for at least 3 years and successful RMV background check are required. Responsibilities include maintaining a professional appearance, staying on post, monitoring concierge staff, delivering customer service, and submitting accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years and pass a 5-year RMV records check.
• High School Diploma required.
• Part-Time weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Keep a professional appearance and stay on post.
• Monitor security concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactory.
• Provide general admin support and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure reports and duty logs are submitted and reviewed.
• Maintain effective communications with security personnel.
• Deliver a memorable experience to customers/vendors.
• Assist management with employee relations and retention programs.
• Update personnel on procedure changes and policy updates.
• Work schedule may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
