Job summary

GenCare Lifestyle @ Eagle Ridge in Renton is seeking an energetic Executive Director with a WA Boarding Home Administrator license to lead the community. This role oversees operations, maintains high occupancy, and drives financial performance while upholding GenCare policies and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of operating Assisted Living communities, strong leadership, and a commitment to GenCare values. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Director.
• Valid administrator license in WA required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• The ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks is essential.
• Ability to delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills, roles, and interests.
• Demonstrate good judgment, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall operation of the community in accordance with residents' needs, government regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meet corporate financial goals within budgetary guidelines.
• Advocate GenCare initiatives and policies within the community and mentor staff to be advocates as well.
