Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a front desk or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Able to multitask and manage a multi-line phone system.
• Professional and mature demeanor with a cheerful personality.
• Advantage: experience working with seniors in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line telephone system and direct calls.
• Perform general clerical duties.
• Greet and direct residents, families, and tours.
• Assist department managers as needed.
• Problem-solve and respond to residents and family needs.
• Build relationships with residents and their families.
• Maintain resident safety and confidentiality at all times.
