Qualifications

• Reads and follows instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Culinary Director and/or Cook in the dining room operations across all mealtimes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading and following instructions.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas and kitchen spaces.
• Maintain knowledge of residents' names and build rapport with new residents.
• Assist in staffing/scheduling for dining services.
• Supervise task sheets and meal check-off procedures.
• Provide ongoing team member training.
• Oversee dining room and related areas for cleanliness and organization.
