EOS Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to maintain high cleanliness standards at The Equinox Resort & Spa in Manchester, VT. You will perform daily cleaning, linen replacement, and guest-ready room preparation while ensuring privacy and exceptional service.

Training and growth opportunities are provided in a supportive, hospitality-focused environment. Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with tips variability; part-time and full-time options are available.

Competenze

• 1+ years professional cleaning experience.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Highly-detailed with passion for excellence.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Review daily reports and assign room readiness; greet guests and handle requests with professionalism.
• Change bedding and linen, restock amenities, and report minibar usage.
• Sanitize surfaces and maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and public spaces.
• Ensure rooms pass final room check and are ready for guest checkout/arrival.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments to address issues.
