The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester, VT is seeking a housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness of all public spaces, assist guests, and support a high level of hospitality. This on-site role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team within a historic four-season resort.

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour with potential for growth based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Background check required.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekdays and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Expresses sincere enthusiasm for the role and cleanliness.
• Must know how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion. Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused while maintaining hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all public/shared spaces within the hotel using the checklist.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors; maintain cleanliness of lobby, seating areas, restrooms, and banquet spaces.
• Restock paper products and disposable items; replenish supplies in guest areas.
• Assist guests with luggage and aid large groups as needed.
• Adhere to security procedures for handling guest room and master keys; report issues to front desk.
• Attend departmental meetings and training sessions; assist in training new staff.
