Equinox Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a housekeeping inspector to uphold cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas in Manchester, VT. You will train staff, inspect rooms, and coordinate with front desk to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a luxury destination setting. Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with tips possible.

Qualifications

• 1+ years professional cleaning experience, hotel/lodging environment preferred.
• Prior leadership experience as an inspector or supervisor a plus.
• Successful completion of background check.
• A highly-detailed person with passion for excellence.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms for proper cleanliness and preparation.
• Greet and interact with guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure discretion and respect guest privacy at all times.
• Check and update room status in PMS and coordinate with front desk.
