The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester, VT is hiring for an hourly Guest Services Host role. You will greet guests, seat them, manage reservations, and assist servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Customer-focused with hospitality mindset.
• Able to handle guest concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and seat guests based on reservations and walk-ins.
• Maximize seating and revenue via reservations system (Open Table).
• Assist servers and bartenders with service needs.
• Take to-go orders and process payments securely.
• Maintain host station and side-work duties.
• Communicate guest notes to the server team.
• Attend training and meetings as scheduled.
• Adhere to food allergy awareness and safety practices.
