Job summary

The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa, newly managed by EOS Hospitality, seeks a part-time/full-time Housekeeping Attendant to support Guest Room Attendants and maintain cleanliness across public areas. A focus on guest privacy, discretion, and teamwork will be essential for delivering high hospitality standards in a seasonal New England resort setting.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with onsite work in Manchester, VT. Flexible hours including weekends are available to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekdays and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Expresses sincere enthusiasm for the role and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guest Room Attendants with laundering and restocking of linens, preparation of carts, restocking of housekeeping closets/storage, removal of soiled linens and waste, and requests from leadership and GRAs.
• Act as a runner to GRAs to bring high-urgency items to expedite guest room readiness.
• Move furniture and rearrange areas for events and housekeeping needs.
• Clean public/shared spaces within the hotel using the department checklist.
• Wipe down and sanitize all surfaces with appropriate chemicals.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors, and remove waste.
• Greet guests and handle requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure discretion and guest privacy at all times.
• Perform laundry services as required.
• Communicate any lost and found items to front desk and secure storage.
