Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach, part of Providence Hospitality Partners, seeks a Meetings and Events Concierge to guide clients from post-sale handoff through planning and execution of meetings and events. The role emphasizes strong client relationships, detailed coordination, and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's primary hotel contact after handoff from the Catering Sales Manager.
• Coordinate all event details with clients, including room setup, food & beverage, audiovisual needs, timelines, and guest accommodations.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event resumes, diagrams, timelines, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate client and event information within applicable hotel systems and records.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, AV, Accounting, Valet, Security and other departments to ensure successful event execution.
