Job summary

Annapolis Historic Inn-ANN is seeking a Conference Services Manager to coordinate conferences, meetings, and events. You will act as the liaison between clients and hotel departments, ensure seamless planning, and uphold service standards from inquiry through post-event billing.

Responsibilities include client communication, internal coordination across Banquets, Kitchen, AV, Housekeeping and Front Office, onsite event management, and post-event follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel conference sales or related industry.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client communications and timelines for conferences, meetings and events.
• Liaise with Banquets, Kitchen, AV, Housekeeping, Accounting and Front Office to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Prepare BEOs, Group Resumes and invoices; ensure final numbers and payments are accurate and timely.
