Job summary

Peregrine Yountville Management LLC is seeking a Conference Services Manager to oversee assigned group business from turnover through event closure, ensuring profitable operations and high-quality service levels. You will liaise with client and hotel departments to guarantee successful meetings and foster repeat business.

The role requires strong coordination across departments, pricing integrity, and knowledge of F&B, health regulations, and liquor laws.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel/hotel setting is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in a hotel/hospitality or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned group business after turnover from the sales department through event closure and final financials.
• Act as liaison between client and operating departments to ensure a successful meeting.
• Maintain pricing integrity and propose upscale menus for clients.
• Be visible on the floor and assist staff during functions.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Know meeting room setups and sleeping room configurations; coordinate hotel operations.
